I am not sure if what I am feeling is normal or ppd and this post just helped me realize that I'm not the only feeling rage at my baby in the middle of the night. Thanks for this post. We used the ferber method with our second because nursing every 90 minutes alllllnight long and then every two hours during the day at 11 months old (!!!) was insanity. and I couldnt. do. it. anymore!Suzettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17595294800560372520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3883970092765312318.post-70092625427274300092013-10-22T22:09:20.514-06:002013-10-22T22:09:20.514-06:00Holding/nursing baby #3, who is a middle-of-the-ro...Holding/nursing baby #3, who is a middle-of-the-road baby so far -- not as good as my sleepy, happy second baby, but not the colicky, sleepless nightmare my first was. My pattern seems to be 'good birth = tough baby,' and vice versa -- and I truly thanked God last time that when I needed 8 solid weeks to heal from my 2nd daughter's birth He gave me a baby who slept six hours straight from her first night home and could be put down awake with no fussing. I needed that then, whereas this time I can physically handle a little bouncing and pacing! Thanks for your insights and honesty :-)Rosemaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12470988402469275239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3883970092765312318.post-49244318307409815042013-10-22T13:47:32.432-06:002013-10-22T13:47:32.432-06:00Isn't it crazy how different babies can sleep?...Isn't it crazy how different babies can sleep?!? I'm always amazed that all my boys aren't more similar. Sometimes it amazes me that they all came from the same parents. It's always a surprise what you get with each new newborn :)Meggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14320655248187928061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3883970092765312318.post-81923718330037569012013-10-22T13:11:16.685-06:002013-10-22T13:11:16.685-06:00Dealing with my own first baby sleep issues. If you want to share your sleep training tips, I'd eat that up.Lady Ithildinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14724876720731769102noreply@blogger.com
